Technology ECMT is a combination of 20% ERS crosslinker plus 80% standard API cement. Using modern digitalized cementing unit, ERS crosslinker and cement are mixed in blender and pumped into well. After crosslink, It possesses certain plastically and elastically performance that significantly improves tensile and flexural strength. Especially for cementing in gas well B/C annuli, well integrity is greatly improved and annuli can keep isolation in a long period of time. Application ECMT is compatible with various cement system. Under 150℃ well environment, over 100 well jobs proved that ECMT bond quality is far superior to conventional cement bond and greatly support elimination in gas migration, extended well integrity and life. |
