Technology When rig transits, formation protection, setting up circulation, gas well temporarily shut down demands, LOCK well suspension is called for immediate mob. Conventional well suspension can be completed by cement plug, RTTS pack off, well kill. However, if rig time is expensive or well killing may harm formation or gas tight sealing must be secured, LOCK series 14310 V0 gas tight plugs must be deployed. After plug is set, it can hang up to 300 MT DP or tubing below. Rotate and push to set and rotate and pull to retrieve without hydraulic pumping Repeatly setting/retrieving Setting does not require much hanging weight Setting does not require much set down forces. Can set at shallow depth. A max. of 3” ID for pressure test and circulation after plug is set. Pumping through DP can test well integrity below When circulation valve is closed, Pressure test thru annulus between DP/tubing and production casing can verify well integrity above. Max pressure rating 15,000psi Max. temperature rating：177℃. Still secure gas tight under HTHP and high hanging weight. Circulation valve will be opened to bleed off gas cap and equalize pressure below before plug is rotate and pull for retrieving. Plugs can set in 7”-16” casing VAULT configuration can deploy two plugs at one trip. For example, lower plug can isolate production casing annulus while upper plug can isolate intermediate casing annulus. Two plugs can be retrieved in one run. Application Over 2800 plugs deployment, success rate is 98% with retrieving success rate at 100%.
